BOOKING INFORMATION

Full payment is required 7 days prior to arrival. A bond hold on a credit card of $200 is payable on the day of arrival and will be refunded to you once our housekeeping team have checked the unit after your departure. Please note, bond refunds can take up to 7 working days. No cash bonds will be accepted.

The credit card used for pre- payment must be presented on your arrival for security during your stay. Also, identification matching the credit card used MUST be presented on arrival or your booking will be cancelled, and you will be turned away with no refund. If you are arriving after-hours you will be required to submit both of these items either by email, text or by the online portal we will email to you.

CHECK IN time is FROM 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier, but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us for information regarding availability to access keys to your apartment.

CHECK OUT time is 10AM. If you require a later checkout, this will be subject to availability. If a later checkout is available there may be a charge. If checking out when reception is closed there is a “KEY DROP” slot on side of the office.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests.

You have up to 7 days prior to arrival to cancel your booking with no penalty. To change the booking for another time, 7 days prior to arrival, this can be done without penalty subject to availability. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival you will forfeit all moneys paid.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept ‘schoolies’ if you make a booking and you are under 18, or if you make a booking on behalf of an under 18-year-old person, we reserve the right not to accept this booking at the establishment and you will be turned away with no refund.

REFUND POLICY: If funds have been paid and the arrival date is outside of 7 days prior to arrival our cancellation policy applies. If funds have been paid and the arrival date is inside 7 days no refund will apply.
