Golden Sands on the Beach
Some bookings are non-refundable and require full payment at time of making reservation.
Others have a non-refundable $300 deposit taken at time of booking with the balance due either 7 days prior to arrival in the low and mid seasons, or 14 days prior to arrival in the high season.
The credit card used for pre-payment must be presented on your arrival for security during your stay. PLEASE NOTE: A credit card will be required on arrival, if not already supplied, and the number will be kept on file for the duration of your stay.
CHECK IN time is FROM 2PM. Please contact our Reception if you are planning on arriving earlier but please note that access to your apartment cannot be guaranteed until 2PM. Should you be arriving after office hours, please contact us for information regarding availability to access keys to your apartment.
CHECK OUT time is 10AM. If you require a later checkout, this will be subject to availability. If a later checkout is available there may be a charge. If checking out when reception is closed there is a “KEY DROP” slot on side of the office.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please note that we highly recommend Travel Insurance to all guests.
If booking is cancelled a min. of 7 days prior to arrival, a refund can be offered, less $100 admin fee. To change the booking for another time, 7 days prior to arrival this can be done without penalty subject to availability.
REFUND POLICY: If funds have been paid and the arrival date is outside of 7 days prior to arrival our cancellation policy applies. If funds have been paid and the arrival date is inside 7 days we reserve the right to charge minimum of 2 night’s accommodation.
However should border closures/travel restrictions be reintroduced due to COVID19 any funds paid may be refunded in full prior to check in date. If the guest has checked in and lockdowns are announced, we reserve the right to negotiate on any refund sought.
